How do I cancel my booking?

You may reschedule or cancel any appointment 24 hours in advance for free. Please note that any cancellation of your booking will be refunded directly by Walmart to your original form of payment in 5-10 business days; for Walmart In-Store bookings you will receive a check refund from Angi within four weeks.

As a reminder, since bookings cannot be cancelled or rescheduled once a pro is almost on the move, we can only provide refunds for bookings that are cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.

You can cancel your booking through the booking confirmation email you received from us (the subject should be: 'Confirmation | Review or Reschedule Your Walmart Booking Powered by Angi') In it, you'll find a series of links to manage, cancel, or reschedule your booking:

Click the Review Booking link to find options to cancel your booking. Following the cancellation of your booking, you'll receive a confirmation email confirming the service has been canceled.
